How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription, send an email to amarnath@amtop.in from your registered email address. Your email should include your full name, registered email ID, and a request to cancel the subscription. Our team will acknowledge your cancellation request within 2 business days.

No-Questions-Asked Cancellation

amTop believes in giving users complete autonomy. We offer a no-questions-asked cancellation policy. You are not required to provide a reason for cancellation, and no retention calls or follow-ups will be made without your consent.

Effect of Cancellation

Once your cancellation is confirmed:

• Your subscription will not be renewed for the next billing cycle.
• You will retain full access to all features of the platform until the last day of your current paid billing period.
• No further charges will be made to your payment method.
• Your account data will be retained for 30 days post-cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted.

Reactivation

You may reactivate your subscription at any time by reaching out to us at amarnath@amtop.in. Reactivation will be treated as a new subscription.

Changes to This Policy

amTop reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email.
