Overview
This Refund Policy is in accordance with applicable Indian laws including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and Razorpay Payment Solutions. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a subscription.
General Refund Policy
amTop operates on a prepaid subscription model. All payments made towards a subscription plan are non-refundable. We do not offer partial or full refunds for any billing period once payment has been processed.
Access After Cancellation
While we do not offer refunds, we ensure that you receive the full value of what you have paid for. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will continue to have uninterrupted access to the platform until the end of the billing period for which payment was made. No charges will be levied thereafter.
Example: If you are on a monthly plan and cancel on the 15th of January, you will retain full access through January 31st. No payment will be collected for February or any subsequent month.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered solely at amTop's discretion in the following situations:
- A duplicate payment was made due to a technical error.
- A payment was charged after a confirmed cancellation request.
In such cases, please write to us at amarnath@amtop.in within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate and resolve the matter within 10 business days.
Chargebacks
We request users to reach out to us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving genuine disputes promptly and fairly.
